My Top 10 Cutest Cartoon Characters

I'm suprised this meme hasn't catched on.

One rule: Only One Character Per Show/Movie.

10. Roo (Winnie The Pooh)
This was a tough choice between him and Lumpy. (Even Piglet is adorable) But I had to choose Roo, because he is so adorable with how he acts, and his adorable voice. I enjoyed him the most in Pooh's Heffalump Movie, with his adorable way of acting like a grown-up.

9.Chansey (Pokemon)
I don't play much of the games, and I despise the tv show for being repetitive for almost 14 years. But I think this Pokemon is the most adorable of them all. From the shorts before the Pokemon movies, to her rolling in Pokemon Snap, It's hard not find her adorable.

8.Meap (Phineas And Ferb)
My god, this cartoon keeps appearing on my lists. But even if I'm not a Phineas And Ferb fan, the characters are somewhat likable. Meap is perhaps the cutest character on here. Meap is a space alien who is adorable because...well, just look at him with his big blue eyes, and how he can only say his name (Even if he CAN talk with a moustache).

7.Anais (The Amazing World Of Gumball)
This was tough between her and Darwin. But I chose Anais because if she does resemble a lot like Panini from Chowder, it's her voice and her cleverness that make her adorable. Let's not forget her sad stare, and Dear God.

6.Penny Ling (Littlest Pet Shop)
Basically, the other Fluttershy. She is my favorite pet out of all of them, and what makes her adorable is everything Fluttershy is, (Who we will get to if you look at the picture.) Let's not forget her sad face also when Pepper Clark joked about her.

5.Dot Warner (Animaniacs)
A character who KNOWS she's cute, and very funny at best. That's all I need to say.

4.Vanellope Von Sweetz (Wreck-It-Ralph)
Honestly, this character deserves more than just a girl's doll in which you comb her hair. It's her eyes, her cute squeaky voice done by Sarah Silverman, and her humor that makes her adorable.

3.Ike Broflovski (South Park)
Perhaps my favorite character on South Park. What makes Ike adorable is how he looks as a baby canadian, how he says random crap, and his PJs. Now, he has grown up to become a little asshole, like what the creators wanted, and he's still adorable, but only funnier and clevver.

2.Bubbles (The Powerpuff Girls)
My favorite character done by the legendary voice of Tara Strong. What makes Bubbles adorable is... well, what is there to say? It's her adorable voice, her being the child one of the girls, and her crying and how she speaks to squirrels. Let's not forget what happens when she is pushed over the edge, in which she becomes FREAKING angry and will rip you in half. She nearly beated a dog up, and yes, she went that far. That's why it's no contest that Bubbles is the best Powerpuff Girl.

1. Fluttershy (MLP:FIM)
Honestly, you should've saw this one coming. It's no contest that Fluttershy is my favorite pony, and in my opinion, the cutest cartoon character of all time. What's there to say? Her voice, her eyes, her mane, her shyness, her cheer, her scream, her cries, her anger, her love for animals, everything about this character is just amazing. No contest to why she won the fan favorite poll on the Hub. Just even her first moment on screen is enough to make you go "AWWW" for this character.

Runner-ups:
Dawn (Total Drama: Revenge Of The Island) (Basically the human Fluttershy, even if she's not intended to be that.)
Chuckie (Rugrats) (My favorite Rugrat, due to his paranoia, and being the one with the brains. Tommy is also a runner-up.)
Nemo (Finding Nemo) (I really can't go into full detail, but he's just cute as a kid clownfish)
BMO (Adventure Time) (That cute voice and his/her randomness. My god, what is it with me judging these characters on voices? Runner-ups are Wildberry Princess and Hot Dog Princess, with of course, their cute high-pitched voices.)
Poof (Fairly Oddparents) (I still think he's a pointless character, but my god, is he so adorable with his bowling ball shaped body. Runner-up is Tootie, with crazy obsession with Timmy, yet super adorable.)
Kirby (Everything that Poof is)
Snoopy (Funny, random, a doggy icon)
Killgore (My Life As A Teenage Robot) (With a name like that, we have a cute and funny toy robot also done by Tara Strong)
Little Chipmunk Girl (T.U.F.F Puppy) (Why did the mean lady lady blow up our muffins?)
Berry (Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends) (A crazy yet adorable imaginary friend, done by the same voice as LCG and Tootie, Grey Delisle)
